Ordering

How do I pay for my subscription?

We accept payment by credit/debit card or PayPal.

When will I be billed?

You will be billed automatically on the 1st day of each month.

Can I use a voucher code more than once?

When redeeming each voucher code, please make sure that you have selected your full entitlement for that month, as you can only use a voucher code once.

Choosing Your Products

How do I select my items?

Once you are logged in, you simply add the items to your basket. When checking out your order you'll need to enter your voucher code in the box provided. Your subscription discount will then be calculated and you can submit your order.

How many items can I choose?

You can choose 1 x LP, 2 x CDs or 2 x download albums each month.

Which labels can I choose products from?

You can choose products from any of our labels - Rough Guides, Riverboat Records, Introducing and Think Global.

What's the deal with shipping?

If you choose physical items (CDs or LPs) then you will need to pay for them to be delivered. This is calculated in the shopping cart each month when you check out your items. See our standard shipping rates for more details.

How are download albums delivered?

Our albums are available as high-quality 320kbps MP3s. These are delivered via zip file, so you will need to make sure that you are on a computer to download the zip and extract the mp3s.

Ending Your Subscription

When can I cancel my subscription?

Please be advised that there is a 3 month minimum duration for any subscription purchased. You can cancel your account online at any point after this time.
