This London-based Ethiopian three-piece, centred on the traditional krar harp, were one of the grooviest and most hypnotic bands at Damon Albarn's recent Africa Express bonanza. Expect an ultra-repetitive funky dance marathon. Time Out
The group also recently performed on the Africa Express alongside 80 or so other world class musicians. If you were unable to catch them on the Africa Express tour then join in on Making Tracks. Krar Collective are performing on Making Tracks concert series which works in partnership with twelve live venues and aims to bring music from around the globe to a local setting.
